Must have:

T2 links
Tengu (duh)
T2 HAMs (and decent support skills)
Good shield skills
Good core skills (pg, cpu, subsystems)

Not looking for something with 1 zillion SP that has these skills, looking for a focused pilot with not much wasted SP in gunnery/armor/mining etc.
