Suicide ganking a mining rokh

How many battleships would it take to kill a tanking rokh (in high sec) of lets say around 125000 efh assuming of course they all have perfect combat skills?

Booster is worth nothing in a High Sec gank, since it has do be done before Concord is there is also means your booster won't get more then 1 or 2 cycles either.

So just take 10k Alpha strike per ship (Arty BS or Tornado)

So 125k EHP comes down to 12/13 ships to get you.

Unless you are heavily Deadspace/Officer fitted no one is gonna bother to even try. Its way to much of an investment vs reward.

Unless you really **** someone off, with any gank if someone really wants to they will simply get you.

even goonswarm during hulkaggeon? also i increased efh to 150000 by swhiching out boosters for extenders

This has about 45k EHP, EM weakest of course. I'm kind of surprised people would bother with more tank.

why hammerhead 2s and not mining drones? also i was able to get 67000 efh with 3 mining laser upgrades and 2 cpu upgrade for low

Hulkageddon is not a Goonswarm sponsored event. Never has been. And since I don't think clickfest Rokhs have been on the prize list in the past (since they're stupid), you're probably safe. Of course if you know how to mine properly, you're safe from Hulkageddon anyway.

Don't use a shield booster, use extenders and hardeners. Because people will try and destroy your ship with a single volley only EHP matters because your booster won't get a chance to do anything. With only 45k EHP you'd easily be destroyed by 4-5 tier 3 battlecruisers, with 125k it would take at least 10, probably more.

Heavy buffer + resists >>>> Active tanking, because your active tank would probably never cycle fast enough to resist the initial alpha, and it definitely wouldn't rep enough damage quickly enough to survive the second salvo.

Successful sui-ganking is all about the alpha, as the gankers probably won't be able to get a second shot with the arty's painfully slow re-fire time--they almost certainly won't get a third shot off in time before CONCORD jams them out and urp-splodes them.

Fit a damage control in one of your lows, too, by the way--big difference.
