I noticed that IPH is showing a lot of profit on some ships right now. Is this a result of the inputs dropping in price faster than the products already built? Or is this a normal profit level for popular ships?

It is the input costs, of course. Smile

Titans, Supercarriers and Freighters used to sell for 80bn, 21bn and 800 mil ISK respectivelly, but you also have to account for the popularity of the products in question. The prices will adjust in due time, as the game of musical chairs is being played out. Smile

(Compressed) ores crashed -> minerals -> products.

We're on stage three. Smile

Freighters peaked around mid Earth-April, https://element-43.com/market/20185/ as can be seen in the Charon Index™.

Wow those graphs could use some moving averages in them to help smooth things out a bit. P

Or having the data be available in a csv or even a tab delimited text file.....

It is just that Element-43 uses the 1 day moving average to draw the weekly charts - I use it for macro mostly.

https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/market/marketdisplay.php?typeid=34&regionid=10000002 is excellent for short term analysis, though price is available on a per region basis. Notice the spike on Earth-Nov 25th. Smile

I've asked Mr Roruken whether it is possible to introduce multi-regional price overlays. Smile

The Forge: http://i.imgur.com/p0j04sW.png - An overt manipulation attempt is now being faded with price returning to 5.31/2. Support still remains at 5.2 p/u level with around 2bn units in buy orders, and the next major one has shifted to 5.12/3 mark with around 4 billion units.

The average price in the Forge region has decoupled from the rest of the Empire and now sits at 5.1% spread - https://element-43.com/market/34/

Total outstanding orders New Eden-wide are 85,197,996,387 units Buy and 111,201,243,501 units Sell.

Industrialists and major powers await with bated breath the full details and implementation of the Sov 5.0 system, along with any information surrounding the future role of capital ships in the coming new Era, which on balance could send these base minerals even lower.

The balance of supply to demand for Mexallon has reached an equilibrium - http://eve-markets.net/detail?typeid=36#supply

This mineral finds bids around 43-43.5 ISK mark in Amarr, with no buy orders of note to be found in the Forge region - it is bought there with no intermediaries and the price paid is an average of 44 ISK p/u. Smile

Men of War

Down with the Tyrant Tritaniums. щ(ಠ益ಠщ)

I mean, the Forge today: The asking price for Tritanium is 5.15 p/u, with support spotted in the 5.05-5.1 ISK range and the next major one with around 2.5 billion units being at 4.86 p/u.

Supply/demand is at record high levels, unseen since the year 2013-YC115 - http://eve-markets.net/detail?typeid=34#supply

Elsewhere in Empire, it is considerably lower, with the spread compressing - at least against the Domain market, https://element-43.com/market/34/

Where were you when Isogen was kill?

http://i.imgur.com/nW3zWvd.png

Isogen had been trading in a descending channel, denoted "3", for a considerable time since halting its advance in late 2012-YC114. This channel was broken out of around Feb of 2014-YC116, and a new one formed - 2 - it is now being tested to the downside.

There's also an expanding wedge formation in place, denoted number "one", which signals at further downside corrections before resumption of any advances, if any.

Original channel's upper line will now likely act as support in the future.

No market has absolute demand for everything, so this is unlikely. Plus there are many other reasons to keep import and export out of Jita. Jita is the only real market, honestly. If you have ever looked at arbitrage you realize that jita is the true powerhouse.

If anything it lessens demand for highsec mining alts and thats it.

Isogen is edging lower in both Amarr & Jita: asking price for the 1st of June in Domain was around 100.5 ISK p/u, the following was recorded on the 29th - http://i.imgur.com/ejuDEbi.png

Buy orders on that day were down 8% from 102 ISK p/u.
