Caused my in game map to constantly open every three second or so until I closed the client...

I saw it first from pilot: Kutris in Amarr Local Chat.

I had no idea the ingame browser could do anything with the game windows...

Never opening it again...

Please report anyone seen linking this URL, and for goodness sake, do not link it yourself. Allegedly a perma-ban awaits those who do, and the logs can be checked to see who has: you don't have to be caught red handed.

Waiting for CCP official confirmation of this though.

I had this problem 2 days ago and did not know how to resolve it, so I just pushed the beta map in the lower right corner of my screen and continued to do whatever I was doing. Now, I can't find the beta map anywhere, even if I try to open it from the Neocom menu. It looks like I managed to completely push it off-screen. . .

Can anyone help bringing back the beta map on screen?

EDIT : RESOLVED.

As I am playing in window mode, I just had to set the game with the highest resolution so the BETA Map was now appearing in the lower right corner. I totally don't know how I managed to push it that far off screen.

How to fix this "bug":
1. Drag your IGB to the neocom sidebar so you can access it from there
2. Right click it and press close
3. Viola IGB has closed and now you can continue playing eve without restarting the client.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!
