Build cost appears to be around 35 million ISK when purchasing ready-made components. Doubt the price will stay that high even for a day.

There's also the invention cost, which isn't included in that price, and will bump it up a bit.

Prices have been depressed by lower initial material cost, before that got bumped up. 35 million is a low price for T3 destroyers.

Invention, of course, though any serious manufacturers will be making their own components, bringing the build cost even lower.

I think the prices for both the Svipul & Confessor are/were depressed by the overproduction, which took place prior to the balance patch that included a material input change, hard-upping the build cost from around 23 mil-ish.

Prices are dropping already again ... was glad to get some cheap Svipuls in lowsec. Also T2 small shield rigs and some other stuff were spiking this weekend in Jita.

I'm my own NPC alt.
