I have an account which went inactive yesterday before I could plex it, its hours for plex is disabled and now I can't even petition through the web site to get it reactivated due to http://support.eveonline.com being down.

How long will this be?

I can confirm it has been down since last night at around 6pm est. Probably before that, but that is when I tried to get on it.

Confirming it is still down as of this post - It would be nice to have some form of response to this from CCP?

Down for me as well. Seems to only be affecting the pages ending in .aspx
I'd love to be able to log out of my API page.
