I am interested in attending and can fly any ship you may need sub-cap. However I can not go into Minmatar high-sec so if you have a way around that for me then I would like to +1 (any ship)(experienced pilot pve/pvp)

Edit:

Oh forgot to mention I can use Salvager II, Entosis Link II, Relic Analyzer II, Data Analyzer II, perfect scanning skills, Logistics V, Recon V, Black Ops, Transport Ships (Impel and Prorator) and a wide range of other skills and experience I can bring to the table. If you're interested in taking me along just send me an email on what the next step is.

At the request of Matar Ronin, I have accepted given tactical command of this operation and will act as its fleet commander. This means that going forward, I'll handle most decisions about fleet composition and membership. At this time I will reiterate the call for experienced pilots, particularly those with extensive experience with hacking, archeology and combat operation in the Anoikis. I'm currently in the process of assembling a credible fleet doctrine and engagement plan - this will remain largely confidential for opsec concerns, and will only be shared with members of the expedition team once they receive my approval.

I will also reiterate the assurance that the analyses of data, materials or artifacts discovered by the expedition team will be released publicly and research materials will be made freely available upon request to representatives of all four major empires, the Ammatar Mandate, the Khanid Kingdom, Mordu's Legion and relevant suborganisations therein.

It is with great humility and pride I confirm that FC Andreus Ixiris has graciously accepted to lead the Exploration Fleet into Drifter Anoikis. This fleet of discovery is far too important to allow both my well defined political positions and honestly my lack of combat fleet leadership to get in the way.

We are truly pleased that a pilot with the Experience of FC Ixiris will be at the helm.

Publicly I want to thank FC Andreus Ixiris for taking the leap of faith in believing that this fleet will prove itself to be non-partisan and to work for the benefit of all the people of New Eden as it's principle doctrine.

Greetings be upon the scientists and explorers who investigate the mysteries of creation and add to our understanding of His plan for us. Praised be the scientists and explorers who unravel the riddles of those who work against His plan and contribute to our apprehension of threats against mankind and its creator.

The Duchy of Palas hereby volunteers to dispatch a capsuleer pilot of the Ducal Palasian Squadron to assist the expeditionary fleet.

May the Lord grant you success and knowledge to us!

If interested pilots could contact me privately with a list of ships they feel they are both competent with and comfortable flying, I would appreciate it. At this point I'm unlikely to shoot down applications based on political affiliation (with the exception of major pirate factions), but I may have to refuse people on the basis of my current fleet doctrine requiring ships they are incapable of flying.

The Drifters have destroyed a titan in high sec with minimal effort on their part.

They targeted a head of state for assassination while she was flying one of the most potent weapons platform known in New Eden.

The time for local faction squabbling politics is done, contact Fleet Commander Andreus Ixiris, we must find both a weakness in the Drifters and where they are basing their operations from.

Join up if you want to help discover a way to successfully counter the threat that can destroy Titans in under a minute.

Blind rage will not defeat the Drifters, knowledge, strategy, tactics, and perhaps accessing their technology will, join us in the effort to close the gap between their abilities and ours.

Contact Fleet Commander Andreus Ixiris, join the effort to find the path to leveling the battlefield.
