Up today are 2x cloaky scanning/probing and bomber alts.

Skills vary between them a bit, please check both EVE boards!
Both have Astrometrics V with all support probing skills at IV and can fly Covert Ops scanning ships with covops cloaks.
Both can fly their racial stealth bombers and deploy bombs. (Crimson = Nemesis, Zyklon = Manticore)
Both have +3 implants, except Charisma.
Both have limited corp history, positive security status, positive wallets, and no standings to speak of.
Both are located in Jita 4-4.

Price is 4B instant buyout each, ISK goes to the character you wish to purchase.

(Note: Both are in NPC corps, if this hasn't updated yet)
