How to max use 2 Manticores for FW?

Just finish training my myself and alt with about 20 mill SP each that can fly T2 Interceptors, Covet Ops with T2 Torps, and AFs for caldari and Amarr. I like to try FW and was hoping to get some advice on what can of isk per hour you can make with 2 manticores and also which empire faction is best to join. I also run SOE missions so I'd like to keep my standings with amarr so I was thinking maybe amarr mitlia. Any helpful advice would be appreciated?

IRC soe missions will wreck you cal/amarr standings at some point (missions against these factions esp if u do the in lang which is minnie space) and they naturally boost ur gallente standings
