157 km Bomber vs Drifter Battleships?

After the recent Drifter attack in Safizon, I thought I might try to find a ship that could beat a 140km max range and a 3500m/s velocity. Here's what I came up with:

http://s26.postimg.org/mp802guex/Kite_Bomber.png

It relies on receiving 2 Remote Sensor Booster II's, ideally from a support frigate with over 3500 m/s speed, and a fleet commander with Information Warfare V. With overheat on the MWD, it can get over 4500 m/s, so by switching overheat on and off, it could stay between 157km and 140km for quite some time (and still have the space needed to warp to a station and repair the heat damage). Cost wise, it's about 53 million for the ship and 303 million for the implants (and 20 million for each use of Quafe Zero). If you're willing to spend over 700 million on implants, this ship can go over 3500 m/s without overheating.

EDIT: http://s26.postimg.org/kbunp75dl/Kite_Bomber_3.png
And with a Rapid Deployment II link (on a ship with boosts to Skirmish links), the base speed goes up to over 3800 m/s. Drop the Quafe Zero, and Snake implants, and it's still 3545 m/s. So that drops the implant cost to around 115 million - quite affordable. And with a Sensor Integrity II link, you only need 1 Remote Sensor Booster II per ship - halving the number of support ships needed.

Any drawbacks, assuming a fleet of these were fighting Drifters without capsuleer interference?

Other then a guaranteed death of a non sub capital fitted specifically to tank the doomsday, just one. Your damage is going to apply for poop against the drifter.

Good point. It's possible to deploy stasis and painter drones at 180 km, while still being able to outrun the battleships, though I have no idea whether the battleships would be able to hurt Valkyries (and the bombers would still only have around 30-35 DPS even if the drones were safe). And of course, if you are webbing them, you need enough bombers to kill one in 1-2 volleys, since you have to stay ahead of the ones that aren't webbed.

EDIT: And now I just realized that regardless of whether they could hit a Valkyrie, a player-piloted frigate would have half the sig, better orbit velocity, more active tank, and far more effective webs and painters. So, assuming you can get a frigate fast enough to ignore Drifter fire, this fleet concept could work, otherwise you'd need a lot of ships and patience.

Your going to lose a ship regardless unless the following conditions are met.
1) well fit capital ship to Tank the doomsday
2) excessively well fit battleship to absorb the doomsday. Your looking around 2 -2.5 billion fit. Links will make it cheaper.

What purpose are you trying to achieve? A high sec drifter farming fleet? If so go straight shield buffer/ resist fit to absorb the 750k omni doomsday, have some shield logi and a booster .

How to deal with constantly watching for drifters once you have negative standing is something else.
