they are totally pointless on the ships you can use them on . unless your a really bad scorpion or widow pilot . but the ships that would benefit the most cant . ie celestis and lachesis . the idea being wrecking scan resolution of your prey then breaking thier target if they had one .

Really CCP ? . INTENTIONAL OR JUST DROPPED THE BALL

TBH If they wanna review black ops ships this year, I would suggest giving it bonus chance of breaking lock so it will be great mod to escape from hairy situations.

In addition,you can use this mod offensively when you pair it with remote damps armed with scan resolution script, then you can keep reseting enemy lock while you are burning them.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.
