Downtime for support.eveonline.com due to maintenance

The support.eveonline.com and supporttest.eveonline.com websites are currently offline since December 31, 2011, 22:10 UTC while we are performing some maintenance.

During this downtime the Knowledge Base, website petitions and the management site for the customizable API keys are unavailable. These services will be available again as soon as possible, but at the moment we do not have any ETA for that.

Our Customer Support can still be reached by either creating an in-game petition or by sending an e-mail to support@eve-online.com. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this downtime.

Sadly I don't have any further information to update the initial post. I am pretty sure that the teams are working as best and as fast as they can to complete maintenance and restore proper service.

As soon as more information is available, this thread will be updated.

I am sadly aware that the lack of information might be disturbing, at least annoying, especially not having a time frame for restoring the websites to proper functionality.

A complication with the API regarding inactive and banned accounts is the reason for the whole delay.

My apologies that I don't have any more information available at this point of time.

Personally I need it because I'm trying to develop an android application for reading evemail. In order to develop that I need to know my (or any!) eve API key ID and validation code...

So if anyone has one written down and is willing to share it with me... :)

get a life Kha'Vorn and stop trolling, It's players like you that pisses people off and stop playing this game and CCP is not helping with all the bugs and failures. Plus the lack of response time to petitions.
I need the api to join a corporation.

I am not stomping my foot. It was a simple question that did not, however, require any snarky comment from you.

I have members that need to submit API's for Corporations and need limited API's to get on the TS3 server.

Next time you want to troll, go elsewhere. Before you call someone a child, look in the mirror.
