Is the only way to get to Khanid Space through Amarr space? Amarr have a grudge against me atm . High sec route if possible.

yep.

or you could do low/null through Aridia, Querious, or Catch. Coming from empire, Aridia is probably your best bet. (Cloaky) Frig would probably be your best bet.

If you don't have it yet, Diplomacy may get your standings high enough to not be KOS.

I have it indeed. but i have another skill training at higher priority. Its lvl 4 so untill its trained to 5 i guess khanid and Amarr are a no go.

do the SoE arc, and get your rep with the amarrians back up a bit. Or do a lot of caldari missions, SL missions for them also help your amarr standing a little.
In general though.. just don't let your standings fall that low and you have no troubles ;)

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

The fastest way would be Caldari cosmos and datacenters which will spill onto your amarr faction standing quite a bit.

Faction Police aren't Concord.

A shuttle is easily fast enough to do datacenters while KOS (you might lose a shuttle if you're slow to warp after completing the turn in, so only keep one set of tags on you)

Thanks for the input guys. Ill do some research in the morning and find out what systems i hand the tags in. all i should need is 1 hand in just to get below KOS sec.
