I cannot get past 'character name' check when trying log in

Every time I quit the game and reconnect the client pings me as being at a new IP. It asks for me to type the name of one of my characters, (one of those is the one i'm posting with). I refuses each attempt and I have to go into account management to reset my pass EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has just started after I resubbed so for about 3 days.

-I have petitioned support they told me to reset password (Which does technically work, but it is annoying to reset password everytime I need to log in.)

-No proxy connection and I am playing from the same PC each time

-Amount of time passing doesn't matter, Logging out period even to switch characters causes the issue.

-account is in good standing, no weird stuff in my logs

-firewall is hardware router

checked in my account history and ccp logs as having every login in both web service and client coming from the same IP as well.
