hey guys, quick question, is anyone else finding that their launcher is not loading correctly, but if you start the game client directly it runs fine?
having this on both my TQ installs
thanks for any and all help

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

Mine works, but it sits at a white screen for a minute or two, then I have to wait another minute or so for the login boxes to pop up. It's been that way for a few releases now.

Try to run it as administrator, that worked for me.

(Right click, Run as administrator)

Yesterday Eve worked fine. Today I can only get offline mode. I rebooted my computer, and ran it as administrator, and it made no difference,

Obviously my Internet is working because I have no issues loading the forums.

Updated 1: I have now run the repair tool. It updated itself to a newer version, did a little checking, and exited without error. Eve launcher still comes up in offline mode.

Update 2: I downloaded and ran the installer. It completed in seconds, so obviously it did not re-download everything, but it it fix my problem (or the problem was coincidentally fixed on the server end?)

Same for me, Takes ages for the launcher to load the pictures and login and password boxes. Evil Running as an admin doesn't help either.
I have also noticed if its on auto-play it takes a while for the client to start or by pressing the play button. Maybe clearing the cache will help?

apologies for double post - but I ended up re-installing the launcher - which has a seperate download if you go via the help centre!
