This is the character that will be sold: It's an isk printing/pvp pilot rolled in one, Its incursion ready with all shield communities with a machariel and a vindicator, and it has most t2 subcaps unlocked for some pvp action. buy it, train what you ll use later, its a great deal.

Make it 9 and its yours ^^ it has 4 clones with learning implants, and one of them with 4-5% gunnery implants for your incursion need 4 jumps to jita ^^ ill even throw in some incursion credits if you want them for free ^^

I may be short a few skills, but I have a great foundation for a minmatar specialist, I have many subcaps unlocked that you can choose what you want to use and further train. Doing incursion could be done efficiently with these skills and the implants already on the incursion clone.
So I guess, 9 b is still good. Bindi,mach,logi,hac, Indy,doctors,...
