Proposed UI changes for being (Targeted) and (debuffed)

Wouldn't it be nice to have your entire screen border flash Yellow (if you were being yellow-boxed) and Red (if you were being red-boxed) by enemies?

The reason being, maybe sometimes you are on a different overview tab that doesn't contain the ships yellow/red boxing you. You can totally miss the fact that you are now getting targeted (in big fights) and then you lose precious time in asking for repairs from your logi team.
For this reason alone, I think it would be great to have a bigger visual cue for being targeted, customizable in the 'settings' page, with opacity, frequency, etc.

Also wouldn't it be nice to have a better indication of when you are being "debuffed" (target jammed, painted, etc)? Possibly a small separate box on your screen, that you can click on to easily select the person debuffing you, so you can counter that target easier then having to constantly scan grid?

This is such a no brainer it's seriously not funny. I and everyone else has always wanted this.

Some day...

If anyone ever looks at you and says,_ "Hold my beer, watch this,"_  you're probably going to want to pay attention.

I think that feature would swiftly turm from "informative" to "useless/annoying" when it come to being remote repped/sensor boosted/whatever.

Yeah, It would need some refinement customization in the way the alerts (flashing) work. I was thinking multiple customizations in the options menu for alerting pilots. Sort of like how we have the grid setup for who we want to see, etc.

I also want the same thing for positive effects, including fleet boosters, in a separate window from the negative effects.

Also the ability to tell to what extent I am being affected, with how many % is my web range being increased, my lock range decreased and so on.
