Aegis SDE is inconsistent

but this is not defined in typeIDs yaml. Neither the blueprint ID nor the product typeID.

Is it possible to get consistent SDE? Or just ignore this stuff that doesn't exist?

Also, what is this blueprint for?

I think it's on serenity only and doesn't have an English translation? Although it should still have a type id record I think.
