I don't recognize the game I started to love 12 years ago any longer. Sad

EVE has been slaughtered in every way possible by, excuse my french, stupid mistakes! The last 12 months of havoc on game mechanics is shocking! Why "fix" something that's not broken?

I really do hope that EVE will bring joy and fun for other players during it's last breath. I'm done...

EVE isn't broken. The playerbase is broken, which is what makes the game so great.

It would be good if details as to what the OP feels are wrong are included in the questionaire. His post gives no clue as to what specifically is wrong for him.

12 years is a long time, so good luck with whatever you do next.

But I seriously doubt EVE is on its last breath as there were 34k+ accounts online when I was on earlier. Unless of course 30k of them were yours.

Yeah, repeated nerfs of everyone but CCP pet coalition (or should I say a coalition that keeps CCP as pets) can **** anyone off.

My thing is that when you leave after 12 years why would you even bother coming here? I mean youve played for 12 years so youd have every knowledge of whats in store for you here, yet you do it anyway as if your amount of time here will do what? Impress us that OMG a 12 year vet is leaving? Sorry but its pathetic at best imo and thats coming from another 12 year vet here. If you wanted it to change you couldve been vocal about it or do something to change it. Not just a final "FU" post that screams your butthurt that your fun is gone.

Because he's not leaving. He just needed a good cry and a nap.

There's a 1/2 dozen perpetual quitters on the last few Release threads as well. Raging that they have unsubbed on page three, and then still raging a week later on page 54. ( And that's just over Icons.)

So the other day I was sitting on my tolit playing EVE and I thought to myself. Jesus, 4 years since I started playing EVE, I gotta get of this tolit.

EVE never changes, only we do. So I hope you can change and come back.
