Out of Pod Experience

You want to know how EVe is real? Because the same thing happens to me in real life. In real life I'm not just a black guy (with a white girl avatar), I'm a black police officer (with a white girl avatar, CCP please give police uniforms in your store please). There are some (professional victims) of my same background who believe that they speak for all of us every time they open their mouths. So when they come to me expecting me to tow that party line and I don't (by saying "yes, cops are human and fallible, but a VERY good way to not be shot by anyone is to not be a criminal in the 1st place...), I get the shocked and incredulous reaction you might expect.

And yes, there are people of my same background that hate me for speaking that truth WAY more than they hate any number of sheet wearin, cross burning racists.

So then I come into a video game, find that I love PVE but realize it's a PVP game so I take responsibility for my choice and protect myself, and when self appointed "PVE Spokespeople" try to influence CCP and get them to nerf PVPers rather than take responsibility themselves, the truth I tell (that they are full of....it and just weak minded) hits so close to home that they hate me more than any number of CODE gank kiddies.

The above means 2 things: I'm a professional sellout, and EVE really is god damn real.

Yeah, like that threat is going to stop me from posting. Obviously he thinks it will disrupt my game play.

Probably thinks I'm gonna go warn Miners that the Devil is coming for them. What a maroon.



Personally I couldn't care less how many miners he says he's gonna gank. Doesn't affect my game play experience one bit.
