A part of me finds it sad that there is a need to celebrate the destruction of vessels that inevitable will lead to the loss of lives. But as someone who has found my way into the same business I am not a person in position to judge. Instead I will salute you for the hard work that has hopefully led towards a more balanced world.

It is likely that I will be 30 minutes too late. I hope I am still welcome.

Edit: Never mind. I wouldn't be able to make it.

You're both very welcome to come. Do be aware skulking around using personal thermo-optic camouflage makes the security staff twitchy, especially around their trigger fingers.

Don't settle for hydroponics-grown wood, either. Dirt-grown trees impart better flavor.

Are we talking about an actual fruit brandy, something similar to an Umeshu, or regular brandy aged... You know what? Don't worry about it - if we don't already have both, I'll make sure we do.
