HISEC pos assembly arrays not showing in industry

They're online but are not showing up in available facilities, could a corp permission be preventing me from seeing it under facilities? Any help is appreciated. CEO is not online, idk when he will return

You also need Scientific Networking and Supply Chain Management if the POS is in a different system - may need 1 level in the same system - can't remember.
