Test Server Feedback

Every time I try to connect to Sisi, my system's connection on every program times out. Before the character-selection screen, Eve says it's connecting and my bandwidth monitor shows only at most 1KB/s upload and download (my computer just talking to the router) with Eve using around 500 bytes/second. Every program, TeamSpeak, IRC, any Youtube video, etc., times out while Eve still continues to connect. If I stick with it long enough, it'll eventually connect and then my computer goes back to using its regular bandwidth. Does anyone know what the problem is?

At the moment, this only happens when I try to connect to Sisi. It started a few days ago. Every once in a rare while this happens when I try to connect to Tranquility as well, but it's not currently happening there and hasn't in several months. It's never happened on any other game or program. If there's any more information you need to help solve this issue, I'd be happy to provide it.

Edit: On more research, I think it's just my upload bandwidth that's getting cut when this happens; download bandwidth being just a consequence of TCP handshakes failing.

This doesn't happen to anyone else in my house, doesn't happen with any other program, doesn't happen when I try connecting to Tranquility, and a friend of mine had a similar problem when he tried connecting multiple accounts (that issue has since fixed itself, somehow). I've had this issue with TQ before, but never with anything but Eve.

It seems like a problem with how Eve connects. If it were a problem with my whole connection or router, I would have this issue more often and with other programs as well.
