alright so heres my awesome question, most likely get ridiculed.. but i see no harm in asking :).. IS THERE a way to bring a capital industrial (AKA rorqual into high sec..) i know chribba has a dread somewhere but i see no use in having that in empire space..so... i figure.. rorq wont go through a standard stargate from low sec to high sec.... but.. can it go from WH space to high sec ? eh ? eh ? ehhh ? (sorry that was the Canadian in me) or can CCP move the char from a specific low sec station to a high sec station in the ship, he or she is in ? and if ccp saw a rorqual in high sec .. would they remove it ?

PS.. my ORCA just wont cut it

First off a WH leading to highsec will never allow extra large ships to jump through that is for low sec and null sec. The most a HS WH will do is large ships.

Second ccp can move it if they wanted to but they won't. The rorqual is a capital so it does not belong in high sec as intended. Your orca is working as intended as well. Its showing you the limits of high sec vs low and null. You want to make more isk during mining then your are gonna have to go where the isk is.

Third chribba is a special case he does have a dread yes which cpp allowed him to keep in hs because of his contributions to eve, I can't exactly remember what happened in which they were put in that system, I want to say they were produced there before they made it required capitals assembles had to be in null sec, or the system sec status changed and they were their already because chribba wasn't the only one who had a capital in high sec. But they do have to follow rules or else cpp threatened to move them which was pretty much if you did anything other then undock and dock them. Which would make you have the rorqual in hs useless anyways

So pretty much no you cannot have a rorqual in high sec. If you could you would have seen them by now.

It's a capital. There are loopholes. For the most part, it can occur accidentally that you end up with a cap/super capital in HS. Otherwise by standard WH routes it's not possible. Going out of your way to take advantage of loopholes and their weirdness wouldn't be worthwhile and might even get you into some warm water.

Also Chribman isn't allowed to use his Dread as intended in high sec. If he were to attack someone with it he would have it removed to lowsec by CCP as it's not meant to be in high sec. That is why he mines with it. He receives no undue advantage over others by using it in that way. If you did manage to get a Rorq in high sec and used it for what it was intended, CCP would then move it back to lowsec for that reason. If you used it for something silly and other than what it was intended for then it would probably be allowed to remain in high sec along with the few other caps that have made it there.
