Ship Skins not working

Anyone having any issues with installing ship skins while in a wh?

I have issues with activating it in a WH. I bought my Nestor Skin in Jita and redeemed+activated it. Now i go into our Wormhole, enter the Nestor but it still stays white. In the fitting-window it shows blue. And for my corpmates its also blue, not for myself.
After an relog its blue for me(also cleared cache), but when i swap ships again it stay white. but in fitting window it is activated.

Any other problems ?

there was announcment about skin problems if im not wrong. have same problem with harbinger . cant make it kador skin work . you need activate it outside wormhole and move skinned into wormhole .

If I jump through from 1 wh to another, the ship will go to the new skin, or if i log in while in the ship, the new skin will be applied. However if i put the ship in a hangar array and then get it back out the ship will not have the new skin even though the fitting window says it is applied.

I had a problem like this a few patches back. I'd take my Nag out of the SMA and it wouldn't skin. I filed a bug report and it eventually got fixed in one or two patches.

You're young, you'll adjust. I'm old, I'll get used to it.
