boosters? if so, need a pos with a druglab and only be done in lowsec or null :)

Temper your emotions, be careful not to react too strongly to certain situations, lest you be compromised.

What sort of reactions?

* Drugs
* Simple
* Complex
* Hybrid

Ask your questions here, and we'll do our best to answer them. Blink

Looking to get in and learn. Basically to start making some isk. Not a lot just some so I can build knowledge. What ever has good profits and small learning curve. I am open to all

Usually one has some sort of reactions in mind when getting started.

* Reactions can only be done in 0.4 sec and lower.
* All but the weakest drugs are illegal in hisec; customs officers will confiscate / fine ships carrying them.
* Simple and complex (moon) reactions typically require a reasonably valuable moon. Any valuable moon is worth fighting over. The rest barely make enough to cover the cost of POS fuel.
* Hybrid reactions (T3) are probably the easiest, and commonly done in w-space where the gas is sourced, but that isn't a requirement.

For all reactions, one must consider fuel costs. I recommend you start building a spread sheet, or find one.

ISK per hour is a good program. It can download prices of raw materials and there is a tab to determine most productive material to manufacture. Do your homework on sales volume, sometimes certain low volume materials come up as most profitable.

Also train up to fly a cloaky transport to move your goods in and out of low sec.

Keep in mind that you need to be able to set up a POS, which requires the Config Starbase Equipment role. You can create your own corp (not hard) but you have a 7 day long delay before being able to anchor a Control Tower

The one thing to remember. Note that WH doesn't host any minable Moon, so if you want to do that (don't even hope making a profit with that, all the profitable Moons are already taken, but it can somewhat offset the fuel cost), it's low or null only. And you have to scan the Moon to know if it holds anything.

Not necessarily, some reactions are profitable even if you buy all the reactants. But if you find a decent moon (r8 minerals are still empty sometinmes), mining it will offset the cost (not that much, but it's better than nothing, although you have to carry what you mine to the market if you don't use it in reactions)

If you don't intend to mine at all, a c1 reaction POS is a rather safe choice (for all kinds of reactions). The fuel can be a ***** to bring but it's unlikely to be attacked (not by capitals at least, unless someone already lives there)

Be aware that your future reaction POS might be attacked by anyone (for its strategic location or ressources or even for ***** and giggles), so avoid investing money you can't afford to lose in a POS. The profitable reactions can cost up to 10B to set up.

As someone who had 12 reaction poses going at once (was back when we still were holding Solv), having a Jump Freighter makes the process 1000x less awful. When I started I used transport ships, it sucks and I don't recommend it. You will get better ISK/Hour killing rats in null or doing industry. If you do have a JF, then it gets much more manageable and is a great semi-passive way to make isk.

A few things, make your own POS fuel and make/store it in an ammo assembly array. Use either Caldari POSes if you are going to be actively managing it and want the best ROI (enough CPU to do a Complex and a Simple), or use Gal poses if you are OK with not micro managing it (can only do 2 x simple or 1 x complex per POS) but you get way more silo storage space.

Do not stick with one reaction. The reaction market is the single most fluctuating market in the game, it relies on 18d+ reaction cycles and moon minerals being shipped to high-sec, so if the moons of a particular r32 or r64 in a region are being hotly contested over, then you may or may not make money two weeks later.

It is a get in quick, see market trends, and get out quick kind of market. Over 5 months you can easily see the massive price swings of several moon goo products.
