Hi. So I've never posted in here before although I'm sure many of you have seen me being silly and having fun in the Intergalactic Summit channel. I went to the Empress's appearance on Saturday and it was pretty amazing. I'm still having a hard time believing that she actually spoke to little ole me!

Anyway, I went through my ship's logs of the event and cleaned out all the junk and stupid stuff and thought I'd post it here cause I don't see any other full logs of the event. I mean, I saw where her words were posted, but without all the stuff other people were saying. Sorry ahead of time if I left out stuff you said! It was kind of hard deciding what should stay and what shouldn't.

Anyways, thank you OP for these logs. I will be saving them, but not in gold nor a shrine thank-you-very-much.

EDIT: I will, however, be saving them on a gold plated datapad. Though likely Lai-Dai's 'Personal Electronic Apparatus Research" (PEAR) division will be releasing a newer, sleaker, more modern datapad just around the corner.

I, at the very least, can see that you are attempting to twist and conflate different things, and simultaneously utterly undermining your own point.

You talk of inability to strike at the Throne Worlds - and reference a strike in Amarr itself, an action that CONCORD, not the Imperial Navy, responded to. Is Amarr no longer one of the Throne Worlds? If the Imperial Navy will not defend Amarr while enemies maintain active hostilities for three solid days, then under what circumstances will the Imperial Navy defend the Empire?

Let me make this very clear: I did not participate in the Burn Amarr strike on the Empire's shipping. Shipping interdiction is not among my activities within the Imperium. However, to complain about a sustained, 72-hour-long attack upon Amarr while simultaneously decrying the inability of Max's allies to strike at the Throne Worlds is disingenuous and naive at best. I cannot help but think that you are smarter than that, and simply choose to ignore this discrepancy in your claims.

I can also assure you that while CODE holds auto-piloting freight ships to be a crime, The Ministry of Love sees it as an opportunity and a mistake, but doesn't much care to label it as a 'crime' or a 'sin'. Like any predators, they don't worry about morality in their prey, but only making the kill. And no, I don't hesitate to label them predators. I don't think they would attempt to avoid that label. They are simply predators for whose energies, the Imperium has found a useful direction.

Nor is my own lack of adherance to the Amarr faith in any way relevant. Does every pilot who flies for the Amarr militias exhibit a deep and abiding adherance to the Amarr faith? I would have to say that like all the militias, there are many who are little more than mercenaries. I don't see you decrying them or insisting their participation somehow invalidates the Empress' position. Does it?
