Please get a two-way communication channel for bugreports, for us to be able to follow up on bugs, or get an explanation why they were closed.

EBR-43171 now attached to internal bug. Thanks to CSM for chasing this down with CCP devs.

t shouldn't need to be this way to get progress done. I have a friend who is equally as frustrated having bugs open for more than a month with no progress - and the only advice I can give him is to harass CCP/CSM to get attention on an issue.
