How do i get character sales/troller/scammer banned

i try to buy this character than i got in game mails of this seller to be scammer

than i confronted the seller and i got this

hes so upset i try to show others he is doing these terrible things that he comes on all of my characters posts for buying others to troll me by forum rules is illegal.

As with all such things you're best off submitting a petition, also make sure you report (use the little orange flag next to the time/date stamp on the post you want to report) all the forum posts you want CCP to look at. Its not a guarantee anything will happen but its the best chance you have.

Assuming the scam part is the character sale itself, and not you getting scammed, then he sells the character - then you should submit a petition under character sales seeing as scamming those sales are not allowed.

But only CCP can help you with this.

is it a scam? i dont see you transferring isk to the seller, someone will pay what they want and you told them they are alts bumping the price but someone still bought it, just because he bought for 25bil doesnt mean he has to sell for what he bought it for.
