Unable to raise a ticket

When I click on 'Go To Help Center', I get

Oh Dear!

An error occurred.

User is invalid: Email: has already been taken




It briefly lands on

'ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us'

before redirecting to

'https://supportauth.eveonline.com/callback/?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++has+already+been+taken'


I am trying to query the non-arrival of the 50k SP, but its a little more concerning that I can no longer raise tickets, I have tried this on three browsers on this machine, and two browsers on another machine, all with exactly the same result.

Any one else getting the same issue - i.e. unable to submit tickets ?

I am assuming it's not just me, unless it's my account.

I also get exactly the same!

Infuriating that it works everywhere except where you raise a ticket...

Just chiming in here to say this thread has been seen. I don't know yet when we'll have this fixed, but it's of course critical to us that everyone can create support tickets.

While we work on this for those affected, you should still be able to create tickets by sending an email to support@eveonline.com. Our replies on that ticket should get back to you via email and you can respond to them from your email inbox, so you should be able to get around the web form entirely.

The email address doesn't even technically need to be associated with an EVE account, although if your ticket is about an account or character, it will make it go smoother if it is.
