HELP PLSSS PLEX BUG ERROR Suddenly disappear from my Hangar

I bought 2 pcs of PLEX and I Donate it to my 2 toons the fisrt 1 is ok and then the second is not in the second 1 in my first try to donate PLEX a message was sent to me saying like this theres a problem in billing plsss try again later and the I try it for the second time and then the message appear again saying plss try again later and then my PLEX suddenly disappear plss need HELP from any 1 . Sorry for my BAD English really need HELP

A slight billing server issue caused this unfortunate issue. Has now been fixed and we've taken care of your PLEX.
