Closing Eve make my cpu restart...

Hi,

For some weeks now, 1 time for 5 +/-, when i closed one eve client to change character, that make my cpu to restart...

Several time, after that, i'm in noob setting Ugh (not my overview, everything gone...)

Sometime it s when i run 2 clients, sometime not...

I m really disapointed with this...

Is it a hard reboot (i.e. the whole computer switches off completely then boots back up) or a soft reboot (Goes through log off/shut down like you pressed the restart button)?

If it's a hard reboot, the issue is likely to be hardware related. I have seen something similar on a laptop with dual graphics card, and it hard rebooted on closing some games when it failed to switch GPU correctly.

I snt it complete ?

It s a reboot by blue screen on one, saying : reference_by_pointer
need to restart your computer in 6-5-4-3-2-1 boom....

I ve checked for new AMD drivers, and install some yesterday.
We will see if it s better.
(it does it to me just from 2-3 moths ago, never before..)

AND SORRY FOR MY FUC... ENGLISH I M FRENCH

(I shall like seeing you there, talking french, lol)

I have the same problem since the 14th July patch. AMD CPU and GFX - catalyst 15.7

If you can submit a bug report using the F12 menu in-game, we will receive a much more complete picture of your system, automatically.

Please submit a bug using F12 and then look here:

https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/my-bug-reports/

to find the bug number, which should start with EBR-. Post the bug number starting with EBR- here, and we'll have everything we need to look at this.

Edit: We will try our best without that, of course, but doing this will provide the best chance that we can reproduce the problem.

its a bit hard to submit an F12 if your computer has just BSOD on closing the client....
