Mass-Test on Singularity, Tuesday 21/07 @ 17:00 EVE-Time

Hi all,
We are planning a mass test on Singularity on Tuesday, July 21st @ 17:00 EVE time.

What exactly is being tested?

We have just revamped a significant number of stretch effects used by utility modules as well as introduced a new audio backend for Turret audio.

Known Issue: Caldari Doomsday impact smoke lingers

How to connect to Singularity for this test:

Join the in-game channel "MassTesting"

Test steps:


Jump to X-BV98
Align to POS beacon
Warp to POS beacon
Shoot the control tower
Use ewar/remote mods
Align to Poitot gate
Fleet W: Jump to Poitot and setup gate camp
Fleet X: Jump to Poitot + fight at the gate
Doomsdays


What else should I know?

We will be moving players to the test system - join the channel massmoveme
2M Skill points will be awarded on Singularity for this mass test
Bring many different ships and ideally titans if you can.

Fit a selection of utility modules, anything from the following categories: Cargo Scanners, Neuts, Nos, Cap Transfers, Salvagers, Tractor Beams, Remote Armor/Shield Reps, ECM, Remote Sensor Boosters, Ship Scanners, Survey Scanners, Target Painters, Remote Tracking Computers, Warp Scramblers
Cynos will be provided

If you just started two weeks ago, you probably don't have an account on the server mirror. Mirrors are copies of the main server (including account and characters) and are created every three months. Without an account in the test server, you can't participate I'm afraid.

But once you get an account on the test server though, you can get pretty much any ship you want, since they are available in super low prices seeded on the market. I'm talking about Battleships with an 100 ISK price tag!

OMG, DID YOU EVEN READ IT?!
What day is it?
Tuesday 21st? What day does it say on this forum post? Does it say it's canceled? NO! If it was canceled it would say it is canceled? Might want to actually read it before you say s**t to people saying its canceled when it's not. Unless you have been told by CCP today that it was canceled?

We won't be doing this for this test, sorry. The people who have the know-how are on holiday :)

Hi, its gonna be my 1st time joining a mass test.. so i got some questions? Roll

- Are there any requirements as far as fit and/or ships concerned? I saw the MOTD saying you should have some of those specific mods fitted, but other than that, can anybody join?
- Appr. how long will this test last for? And at what point are you eligible for the SP gift? (This feels like asking for PAP already Cool)

There are no requirements asides from we'd like to see a varied spread of those modules on the field, other than that just go with the script and anyone can join!

The test is scheduled between 5 and 6 but it's usually wrapped up 15mins before that. By participating you're eligible for a 2M SP gift on Singularity.
