Hi everybody i would like to tell you about an experiance ive just had with the store which ive pettitioned ingame and on the support on the eve online website.

I recently bought some ship skin's directly from the Eden store and redeemed them down to my hangar, imagine to my dissapointment that i couldnt inject these new fine skins ->*which i dont have in my skins list by the way*<- so i could use them so i wondered why did i just buy them then... they are useless unless i sell them for isk.

How ever i started to check through the fittings window ingame and purchased the Justice Skin for the *Prowler* and activated the skin, that worked to my amusement. and made me slightly more angry on the issue that ive just spent several Aurum points on something i cant use which is laying in my hangar but i can Work around and buy it through fitting in station...

simply put can we expect this to take a very long time to get this fixed?

would like to see a dev post on the subject.

So, you bought the same SKIN for the same ship more than once? No offense, but that's pilot error, not a bug? Why would have selected to redeem it as an item if you intended to unlock the SKIN for yourself? Making it a redeemable is meant for people selling the SKIN's conveniently. You can still sell the excess SKIN permits on market for isk.

Next time, check with the ship in question to see if you have already unlocked that SKIN, which you can do by clicking on the info icon when reviewing a SKIN for purchase. Unlocked SKIN's will show up in the top group when in ship preview, while SKIN's that are available but not unlocked show up in the bottom group. The same can be done if you are buying from the market. You can also see at a glance which SKIN's you have unlocked by looking in your character sheet under the SKIN's tab and expanding the various drop-downs, those unlocked should have an indicator to reflect that.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
