[WTS] C2 wormhole with static c2 and static Low Sec (Good for PI and mining corps -- look inside!)

I present you with our old class 2 system J102222.

The class 2 has static c2 and static low sec wormholes. Those afraid of low sec needn't be. That hole has been more useful to us than we expected...by far! Big smile Bringing stuff out and in through this hole has been equal too and at times better than the c2 static.

The system has the following planets for PI:

2 x lava
4 x barren
1 x oceanic
3 x gas
1 x ice

This is great stuff for POS fuel plus other PI goodies that you may want to produce.

The system sale will include a Rorqual (worth approx. 1.7 billion) which is an invaluable tool for an active mining corp. You will find it to be something you can't live without already during the first compression sequence! There's also two customs offices that have been installed already.

WHY IS THIS FOR SALE?

My corp is moving on to a different system. The C2's been a great system for us but our corp has outgrown it and we are on to new challenges. As a result, we'd like to sell this on to a corp that will enjoy it as much as we have! This is a great investment for both miners and combat site pilots as there's often plenty to do in the c2 static and out in low sec, there's some decent stuff to get there as well!

Minimum price: 1.7 billion ISK
Immediate Buyout price: 2 billion ISK

Willing to go via Chribba's third party service if the buyer would feel more secure in doing so.

Very good C2 system here. Great PI and mining possibilities. Great access to other holes and empire.

System is being cleared out apart from a tower and the rorqual now. It's starting to be a pretty opportune time to get in on this. Smile

Thanks for the offer. Unfortunately that doesn't even cover the cost of the rorqual. As there are other investors involved from my corp in this, I will need to decline the offer. It's over half less than we can consider as a serious offer to be close to a break even point. Ugh

I'd love to get this system sold, but we need to be closer to the valuation of the system. It is, in fact a good one as you mentioned. Whoever gets this system (and rorqual) will certainly enjoy it!
