Destination Skillqueue must have lot's of free time, they should play a mmo or something. Smile

Really though, I wonder how long it takes to like everything.

5 mins to write down the javascript bit, 10 seconds to launch it.

You're not supposed to feel like you're logging in to a happy, happy, fluffy, fluffy lala land filled with fun and adventures, that's what hello kitty online is for.

Yeah, I got 96 likes in two minutes. Good thing I know no one likes me, otherwise I might have felt good about myself. P

Only solution is some coding to allow 'Like' only once every 30 seconds.

PETITION filed about the other 'Likers' as well, with suggested code change.

As Christopher Plummer said: "Working with Julie Andrews was like getting hit over the head with a Valentine every day."

"He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."  - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882

I don't mind. Most people don't seem to like my tongue in cheek posting style so my like count was sad. P

The reason for the likes is simply that I wanted to spread some love for the most awesome gaming community I've had the pleasure of knowing and be a part of. It's meant to be a sort of a group hug from me to the EVE community. I'm doing it now, since it's the holiday season and I'm on vacation, so it has to be done now. I'll likely stop doing it at some point during monday, so mail me before monday, if you want to be sure to get your likes.

The reason why I went for the likes is simple. I'm a forum whore/lurker, so it seemed approriate. It's also something I can do on my own, so I'm not relient on the effort of others to make it work. I assumed some would like the extra likes(and they have), while most would propably be indifferent about it. I've actually gotten a nice variety of mails about it, ranging from simple gratitude to paranoia about stalking to speculation about my possible nefarious goals. I've had a lot of fun so far and it's been much more entertaining than I thought it would be, so I'm thinking of making this a personal annual event.

Happy new year everyone and here's hoping for another eventful year of EVE shananigans!

The like system is nice, but honestly meaningless as long as people can just like their own posts with their alts.

95% of the players are loving EVE, the other 5%? On the forums.
