Stupid game , bought it 2 days ago ... 28+hours logged and counting.

Any Eve Online, or eve community hosted Terraria servers out there? Or friendly servers you hosting? I'm enjoying it too much.

Already have a Excalibur and Demonic wings stolen from some unsuspecting traders in a server I will keep nameless for safety reasons hahaha, I blame eve for teaching me how to scam.

Man I love this game, never before had pixelated avatars given me this much happiness and joy since the Sierra Parser games of the early 90's.

Anyone else own this beauty in Steam? lets plaaaaaayyyy Big smile

Happy owner of Terraria myself. But I don't play it atm. Right now I try to finish Mass Effect. Steam sales do horrible things to my credit card.

I got it some months ago, it is a nifty game, more so now with the 1.1 expansion.

A few years ago on a long weekend I played FF7 for 3 days straight. My cheap PS1 Memory Card crapped out and wiped all my saves. I took it into the tool shed for a "talk".

Drilled through it with a power drill and smashed it with a hammer. I was more frustrated then mad, it was therapeutic. Three hours sleep and 2 meals also helped drive me to this. Fun Times.. .=/

About 70 Hours logged on that game from when I picked it up Friday night...

Makes me wonder how long people play eve a day. Then always have the cliche "ISK is easy to make noob. Or the mods only like half a billion." And I thought I had problems for playing less than half that in a siting.

Maybe the moral of the story is dont play for 72 hours straight?

The Moral of the Story is buy a better Memory Card.

I don't play like that anymore. Honestly EVE is the only game I play and even then 5-10 Hours a week at most.

Not much of a Gamer anymore.

Hard work, also making some aesthetic changes to my plant farms to make them more linear within the landscape. It's a strange obsession this game inspires within me. Almost like my perfectly embellished cities in Simcity filled with parks in basic geometric patterns seeded with bus stops and subway stations.

Something about creating and molding landscapes, but yes, like everything in life, it's a matter of personal tastes. Creation for creation's sake. I'm waiting as I write this for my jungle grass seeds to sprout into a perfectly beautiful linear stripe of mud that will blossom into trees. Bear I'm trying to keep my game pre-Hardmode for as long as I can. I even dug 3 blocks apart from all sides the Corrupt zones to keep them from spreading as I planted a special strip of corrupt grass to farm Deathweed in a special zone near my house.

So far, the best 2.50$ I have ever spent, this little game has given me more hours of fun than a AAA Title in the past 2 years.

Also you might enjoy the Multiplayer PVP aspect of it or the multigroup killing of Bosses.

Though simple, its fun going with a small group of people and spawning Hardmode bosses in online terraria shard servers.

The potential is there for many great worlds. Currently visiting a small server that has a nice community of people that spawn bosses for fun and lead them to initial spawn entry into the world, basecamping the spot with Skeletron Prime ... farmed off newcomer's deaths about 40plat once hahaha. Blew it almost all on getting Mythical and Godly Demonic Weps off the goblin tinkerer.
