As a Member and Judge of the Court of Crime and Punishment, I would have expected more from you than making unfounded statements. I recommend that you be immediately struck from the role and all cases tried by you be deemed bogus.

If I were to even hint that you were correct in you statement I would be in violation of the CCP TOS

The judgement of the court can not be trusted.. the court should reimburse poor vimy for making them waste their hard earned isk on a war deck which clearly is not warranted as the judge clearly can not judge clearly..

There was no offered proof of this supposed crime. 2b seems a little LOW to me for this kind of hit. Say the mark turns out to be innocent and you take a contract from C&P and then you waste the guy. The mark then comes to C&P and presses against you and provides the defense against the original contract.

Yeah. 2b is cheap to deal with that.

We stopped using a Jury system back in YC.117.06.01 when we realized that the available Jury pool was somewhat skewed in favor of the defendant and so I deliver an impartial verdict based on available evidence on all but the most serious of cases where the Jury will be utilized again.

Further sanctions may now be imposed for your Contempt of this Court and its Members
