Hi, i don't know if this is the right place?

But when i try to login to the Test server it says my username or password is invalid.

But it also says ''since you haven't logged from this ip before please enter one of your character usernames'' - I do..

But it still dosen't let me on?

Can you help please, Thanks.

On the Singularity server.

: i also have Active gametime on Tranquility for atleast a month now.
