hi I have tried and tried to log into the test server and it wont let me it saying I was banned but have recently been unbanned any chance of sorting this so I can get on the test server and be ableto enjoy myself? please

If you was banned on Singularity and not Tranquility then you need to wait till next mirror.
If you was banned on Tranquility you might be banned from Singularity till next mirror or your ban will be lifted after 2+ days from your ban on Tranquility
