Visual effects for matar's guns.

We have a beautiful Caldari missiles. We have a beautiful Galento hybrids. Amarr own ... Well, you know.

Matars was given guns and cannons that shoot indistinct black&white stripes that are visible only from the target.
We are the most impoverished race (let paint our ships !!!)

Maybe do a little color effects like

It isn't enough you own ever other ship in pvp? you have to have pretty effects as well?
