The awox attempt is for reals. The hauler pilot is a RL cousin of mine. I kept quiet just to see what the OP would say and do. He tried to awox him while he was hauling scordite for the corp. It was a total set up. I may have to dec the guy once Vimsy is done w/ him.... for the family.

any of you notice the dwindling numbers of eve players ? you ever wonder how you contribute to this ? ganking, greifing and decking corps who are 80% new players who actually want to try and grow the eve player base.. yea thats helpful.. but hey its all fun

He took the stuff, left the corp and we all know he did it, scanned his hauler as he tried to leave.. but whatever

Are you the leader of your corp. At first that seemed true, but if you are ditching them this easily, then i'm confused.

Eve numbers are dropping because of ishtard, t3 tanks, sentry archons, off grid boosters and Baltec1 (in no particular order)

If people like you are the ones I am allegedly driving from the game I am doing everyone else a service.

I apologize for a member of my corp posting in the mercenary forum without my knowledge or consent. This will not be tolerated and will be dealt with personally. I apologize for him wasting your time, as for the hauler who stole from the corp, yes it happened, no he wasn't awoxed because we are friendly fire illegal, and it was under a bil so it's not even worth getting angry about. I apologize on behalf of our corp and one of its members for wasting your time.

Seems you spoke out of turn to begin with and now you continue to run your mouth. Maybe you should shut it as you should have from the beginning. One would think you would realize by now, you are not helping, in fact it is quite the opposite.

He was civil, courteous even. Adult. He got more than two likes for that.
You, on the other hand, have most likely found yourself watchlisted by a number of 'griefers' and 'gankers' who due to your approach to this situation will most likely be eyeing your future career with great interest.

These folks can only be described as relentlessly apologetic. I told one of them last night to put in a 100 mil surrender at any time and I'll accept it. I also recommended that if they don't want to do that they have some fun and try and kill some people (set a log off trap for Yuller, he always falls for them).

I see a few things here..... Actions taken by some on both sides has led to this corp being WD`cd.

I have Messaged Vimsy in game, but have only just found these postings here in the forum, so I await her Reply.

Often in situations like these the facts get melded into various stories where there is no burdening proof, and people in many ways have "dug themselves" into a hole.
Faced with no ladder up, the situation becomes a question of pride, along with its inevitable fall. With respect... this has happened to GoronO

Playing Devils advocate, whilst I am not defending his actions, he acted alone, but from his own`frame of reference`; he thought he was doing right for the corp.... Even though this was not the best path,,,, the `good` intention was there.

Now faced with this situation, the best path is for solution for ALL sides.

There have been, reading previous posts generous offers of bringing this to a conclusion, For those offers and to those people I will thank you... even if the offer is not taken up.
I Would propose that If you are serious about the apology Gordon) then you pay the required fee to Vimsy to nullify the WD.

I might suggest that this will be in your favour and show that you are able to make reparations, and with it the respect you would again gain by the Justice community. If you feel that the isk penalty is too high then I would pay 50% if you are willing to compromise.

Ordinarily I would say let the WD run, but as we are only just developing I feel it may be a little too early for some of the new recruits.... The lesson of the inevitable war dec can be played further down the line.

I hope this can go some way to putting closure to this and those involved parties can regain their pride and respect back
