Can a passive fit gila do a 6/10 ded site? namely Guristas Troop Reinvigoration Camp?
also about 4 jumps into low sec 0.2 space is it worth the risk or not?

Worth the risk, I'd say so.

Can a Gila tank it? Passive Gila can tank GOD if it has to.

Just fit a cloak + mwd to escape gatecamps. You can refit with a mobile depot if needed.
