Proclamation 7 - The Inquisition of YC117

Since YC116 to present, the papal interstellar high-diocese has issued queries and investigations into the following matters of the Amarr Empire. To wit, the following Inquisitions by number apply:

  1. We exercise the legal and just right of query into the accusation that the self-proclaimed Harbinger of Hope, Empress Jamyl Sarum 1, the Sword of the Righteous has illegally ascended to the throne via collusion, deception, and corruption.

  2. Charges of religious blasphemy raised that Jamyl Sarum has been proclaimed to have risen from death as ‘fait accompli’ or heresy of as divine intervention, and assumed the mantle of divine being.

  3. Charges of incommensurable sacrilege against the deep foundations of traditions to the crimes against the Privy Council, the Theology Council, the Amarr Heirs, Emperor Family, House Sarum, and the greater Amarr People.

  4. Charges of high treason for crimes against the Amarr Empire in the manipulation, coercion, and over-reaching control by these and ‘other unknown’ methods to control a devout political and military powerful elite cadre of conspirators. that have become untraditional extremist fanatic followers, to rule as ‘Sarumites’ against the better good of the Amarr Empire.

  5. Charges for crimes against humanity as the ‘Templar Project’ harvested living sleeper beings recovered from Anoikis. The resulting project held in conspiracy against the Amarr Heirs thus raising clear and present danger to the Amarr Empire as a rapid increase of immortal soldiers by enemy states are presently proliferating New Eden.

  6. Charges of gross negligence in responding to the Drifter incursions as a direct result of the jeopardies expounded by the Templar Project.

  7. Charges of gross incompetence in confronting the Sansha Incursion threats to millions of lives abducted from key populated Amarr planets. Improperly utilizing the good will of the Capsuleer (Sixth Empire) to counter the Sansha threat exclusively, without aid from Imperial Navy resources.

  8. Charges of fraud by deceiving and abusing Capsuleers into a false patriotic sense of duty, to be abused as undeclared Capsuleer-slave armed fighting force against other waring factions.

I, Max Singularity, am of Kador and Tash-Murkon True Amarrian heritage, of the Religious Reclaimers certify and represent these inquisitions herein provided by fellow Amarrians to be of ‘clear mind’ and resolve, immune to the corrupt persuasions of those within the inner Empire Regions, and outer Providence Region.

While I do not represent the Privy Council, the Theology Council, the Amarr Heirs, the Emperor Family Holdings, or House Sarum, I do indeed stand shoulder to shoulder with factions of members of these institutions that have hold True Faith in these inquisitions.

As the people’s proclaimed Harbinger of Faith, on their behalf I bring these matters of True Faith in the Amarr religion that justice be brought forth. These matters of True Faith additionally require the purging of Sarumite tainted beliefs and a recovery of mind the masses of those affected by these criminal acts. This, is a True Reclaiming of our golden Amarr Empire, and we shall find our redemption for the sake of humankind.

I long to return to my bountiful wheat fields of my home estate islands bathed in the blue skies of Orisis, Amarr VIII, yet these matters of True Faith require thy service to the awakened people. The hope of humankind relies upon the hope of a stable Amarr Empire, a hope that has deserted us all.

Was the license of the "papal interstellar arch-diocese" to operate purchased in the souvenir section of Space Mart? As a faithful solicitor of the Civic Court, we were confused to find that the esteemed diocese cannot afford a letterhead or official seal.

Should we wire you some funds so that you may purchase for yourself a more convincing cloak of legitimacy?

We have added our own humble legal opinion to your proclamation.

Those are some serious accusations. Do you have some solid evidence, or are you going with the typical Amarr proof by assertion?

A proclamation empty of substance and full of conceit. A heretic who will burn in the Light of the Almighty for putting himself before God's Realm.

The hearts of the faithful will not be swayed by hokum. Take up arms against the Chosen and you will learn your place.

There is no ground for the accussations levelled against Her Majesty. Divine Empress Jamyl I was appointed by declaration of the Heirs, accepted by the Theology Council, and embraced by the peoples and Holders of the Empire. Her return was an act of God, demostrated by her arrival and destruction of the Elder Fleet that threatened the security of the Empire. We cannot ignore God's divine will as manifested by what can only be His intervention in Jamyl's return. To deny the proclaimations of the Theology Council, Heirs and by proxy God's Will is heresy.

You are a tool, Maximillian, your heretical views are simply being used by the CFC (whom I refuse to legitimise as that "Imperium") to justify an invasion of a sovereign nullsec region, and the blockading of a Trade Hub against capsuleers, for their own entertainment. They'd gain nothing from this economically and certainatly have no power or ability to attack the Empire itself. You're being pandered out by The Mittani for the glorified amusement of his line members, who've taken up your crusade in the name of dispicable "fun". This Sixth Empire cannot and will not be allowed to exist by the authorities that still ultimately control the supply of clones and pods. Rail all you want, but you're just wasting your breath.

A further point regarding the Sansha Incursions. If any bloody pilot bothered to check that little CONCORD advisory every time they enter a system under Sansha incursion, they'd know the local Navies are, infact, doing their part, by assisting in planetary protection and rescue endevours. Capsuleers are hired and rewarded for efforts in attacking the Sansha fleet bases and motherships directly.

Considering the capability of Capsuleers to do these tasks, I find it wholey appropriate, as the Navies can focus on their job saving lives planetside. Considering the absolute lack of empathy many pilots demonstrate towards human lives, I'm glad it's being left to the proffessionals while Pilots do what many do best. Destroying things.

I think the key point about us is that we are expendable clones, lose one and just send in another. The same cannot be said of the Navy personnel in general. In that sense we serve our purpose of saving lives simply by existing in our imperfect profit driven warmongering forms.

On the neo-Sansha threat, it was stated already that conventional vessels are left completely nonoperational when facing the advanced electronic signals sent by Sansha vessels. The only ships that were able to resist that were soon shown to be capsuleer ships, in the first waves of mass upliftings.

It is also incidentally part of all the crippling interference that spread system wide when those incursions occur, so our ships are not completely unaffected either.

We have issued plenty of warnings regarding Sarum's actions. Her involvement the development of Entosis Links and the shielding vulnerable to it, to begin, all the way through to her amazing return just in time to start a war.

But, you've had none of that when we warned - so, we will not warn again. To remain blind, after all, is a choice. I'm sure you will all prevail, in one state or another - immortal, after all.

Mr. Onzo, to call The Pope a puppet of the CFC is to imply he somehow is under influence of an organization which no longer exists. The CFC was disbanded, and its former states formed the Imperium. Some of those states aren't even around either. Might I also add that the Imperium itself legitimized the authority of Maximilian Singularity the Sixth, first of his name?

To call out our crimes from underneath the mantle of an Empire responsible for even greater ones is a show of pure ignorance. We destroy, the the Amarr enslave. We in the name of an Imperator, the Amarr in the name of an Empress and God. We have torched regions and set dreams ablaze in the name of profit, the Amarr destroyed the heritage of a culture in the name of cheap labor and, once more, God.

You slap a label on it and you are just in doing so? For freedom, for honor, for our people, for God? If so, what is it that, in a specific way, makes us evil? Despicable? We are just like you are.

From my agents in Khanid: "At this time, the Crown and Kingdom continue as a part of the Amarr Empire without any change. Those who would bring war on King and Kingdom will be met with terrible and unyielding force."

From my Associates in Curse: "Max who? Don't care as long as he stays the f*ck out of Curse."

As for me?

"So the Lord sent forth the Chosen,
to bring forth the light of faith
And those who embrace his love
Shall be saved by his grace
For we are his shepherds in the darkness
His Angels of Mercy.
But those who turn away from his light,
And reject his true word
Shall be struck down by his wrath
For we are his retribution incarnate
His Angels of Vengeance"

No matter how many times you claim a "legal and just" right of query, no such thing exists.

The Lord our God gave the Emperor of Amarr the power to harness the Good and punish the Evil, not Max Singularity. The Emperor of Amarr breathes the air of authority, not Max Singularity.

You have no faith in our Empress, the Voice of God, and so you have no faith in God. You have no faith in Scripture. You are called the harbinger of faith by heretics, apostates, foreigners, and atheists. Faith is not what you bring.

You say you wonder what power Her Imperial Majesty uses to "manipulate, coerce, and control" the faithful? I will tell you what power it is. That power is Faith. We have Faith in our Empress. We have Faith in the Scriptures. We have Faith in God and His Divine Will. We don't need to demand answers, because we have Faith that God guides Amarr and His chosen representatives in this world.

You should try to have Faith, Max Singularity.

I will not hesitate when the test of Faith finds me, for only the strongest conviction will open the gates of paradise. My Faith in you is absolute; my sword is Yours, My God, and Your will guides me now and for all eternity.

This shows clearly the world view of those that follow Pilot Max Singularity. They call him "Pope" and yet espouse pure secularism.

We will not follow a man who's primary base of followers who "destroy, torch regions, set dreams ablaze in the name of profit". To believe the Amarr do so in like is a gross ignorance of our true beliefs, and to adopt a worldview such as yours - it is impossible for those bound to God.

You are nothing like us. We extended Amarr law and governance into null low security space, resuting in Sarum Prime's security rating being changed to High Security space.. Under Operation Deliverance, we once again extended Empire law into Null-security space, creating the region of Providence which is one of New Edens most economically prosperous regions. We built up infrastructure (91%) across the entirety of the region (77 systems have operational outposts out of a total of 84 systems).

Where we welcome upstanding, law abiding pilots to become citizens within Providence to trade, manufacture, and assist with the removal of Sansha Pirates freely, you destroy entire organizations for sport.

You espouse "change" by way of "legal inquiry', and yet I ask... when you engaged in your military campaign "Burn Amarr", where your ships targeted and fired upon by CONCORD and/or Imperial Navy Ships? If so... then I ask... who truly is outside the bounds of the law?

You are criminals and heretics, and nothing more.

Yes he is a puppet, he has no executive or military power or command. He does not command fleets, he does not set policy. Simply proclaiming him "pope" but then proceeding to follow the tune pf the Skymarshal team anyway is the definition of a puppet.

In regards to disbandment, no. It is not a disbandment, it was a rebranding as the former CFC tightened up on their territorial claims. The make up of this rebranded organisation is still made up of CFC members, where some amount of left. This does not a disbandment make and still constitutes a rebranding when the make up within is still the same as before.

As for my loyalty to the Empire and its crimes, I don't have to answer to an organisation that admitedly and happily celebrates in destroying. Our Empire has done many questionable things, our Empire has room for improvement, but it doesn't go about making Capsuleer's and their crews lives miserable as a form of base entertainment, the real reason behind Burn Amarr. Our Divine Empress looked to make things better with the release of the shielding technology, and there is no proof that the claims of Entosis vulnerability were somehow 'built in'. This shielding technology has been around for decades protecting the stargates!

We build, and we build for all who choose God's righteous path. The CFC builds purely to destroy, an eternal machine of war against any it decides to call foe.

The following is an excerpt from the speech I gave in Sarum Prime just before a Drifter fleet attacked the gathered loyalists. I think that it is relevant to the discussion at hand:
Quote:

Now here's something: I don't get to choose who sits on the throne. Neither do any of you. The various capsuleers who over the years have proclaimed themselves as the one true Emperor: they certainly don't get to choose who leads the Empire.

No, it's God who gets to choose and God makes His views known to those best suited to hear them. In other words, we need to listen to the views of the Privy Council and the Theology Council and they both support Empress Jamyl.

Who are we to question them?

I've previously worked with the Speakers of Truth and during that period I had some lengthy discussions with Brother Joshua about their work, so I have a pretty good idea of how the order operates.

Let me tell you something: if there was any doubt about the Empress' legal or spiritual legitimacy somebody would have taken the case to the Speakers, and the Speakers would have investigated.

So we can take the lack of an investigation to imply that there is no need for an investigation.

Now what this means is that if you disagree with the Empress' right to lead us, then you also disgree with every part of the imperial apparatus.

You disagree with the legal and theological establishments, and you disagree with the planetary administrations, with the military and with the civil service.

And you also disagree with the billions of hard working families who understand that what they give to the Empire will be returned to them and who have accepted Jamyl as their Empress.

I don't see how someone can be opposed to the entire Empire and yet still claim that they are loyal to the Empire.

No, you can only be loyal to the Empire by serving the Empire faithfully no matter the cost.

Just as I supported the Emperors Heideran VII and Doriam II, I support Empress Jamyl - not because it benefits me but because it benefits the Empire and it benefits wider humanity.

You dare call for legal investigation?
You who played by the madmen of the CFC burnt Amarr ending hundreds of thousands of mortal lives?
I say such investigations are in order ending with your permanent demise!

I have yet to see proof that you are of these revered lines. Claiming ancestry is easy.

The whole universe knows you are a tool of the great plague of New Eden.
The swarm of locusts that called itself by the dignified name "Clusterfuck Cloalition" and
spread destruction wherever they go on their mad quest to satisfy their insatiable hunger
for more and even more power. They are an example of te dangers of capsuleer technology.
Many cannot deal with the power it gives them. Once cut from the mortal world they find themselves
without a true purpose and lose their mind.
You are no better. All you desire is more power for yourself to find a purpose in your eternal existence.
