Gas Giants and Ring Worlds just big blue balls

Ok this is strange. I run two clients and on one Gas Giants and Ring Planets look like they should with bands and clouds. But on the other client, the exact same planet is a simple blue ball. This was before Crucible and thought it would be fixed after the upgrade.

Any ideas?
