Low sec bubbles activate for super capitals

Low sec should be the "reefs" of Eve - a place where "open ocean" (0.0) "fish" (super carriers) have a difficult time operating.

Give players more options for pinning down large fleets of super carriers in low sec.

The ship you are looking for is called a Heavy Interdictor. It fills this role very well.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Hictors work.

Ask Snuff, SC and any number of other LowSec entities.

Use the HIC.

Actually it doesn't. A HIC in low sec can only point one Super Carrier at a time.

Give us more options CCP. Bubbles for Super Caps in Low Sec!

Nothing prevents a Heavy Interdictor from fitting multiple scripted points.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

For that matter, nothing prevents you from bringing more than one Heavy Interdictor. The last low sec Titan kill mail I looked at had 18 Heavy Interdictors on it.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Put bubbles and bombs in LowSec and it won't be LowSec just NullLite.

I'd rather you didn't try to destroy the unique character of my home.

OP should check out NPC null sec.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

So, I just bring a cap of my own and then can bubble an entire fleet of foes because there is a cap on field? I trust you know how ridiculous that sounds. If you want bubbles, you go to Null sec. Bubbles have no place in Low sec. If they were ever to become part of the Low sec toolbox, there would practically be no Low sec left, it would be High sec and Null sec. You do not want that to happen.

Besides, the efforts of Lowsechnaya Sholupen, Snuffed Out, Shadow Cartel, Dead Terrorists and other notable Low sec entities clearly demonstrate that it is tremendously difficult to operate Scaps in Low sec.

It'd be kinda fun if the anchorable kind were allowed, but not within 500km of gates and stations.

So to screw over stabbed farmers and allow interesting pos defence/caging.

Only 500km? You can extend grids easily that far.

Yeah, but bubbles have pull/stop limits.

It's to stop gate/station fuckery making travel fairly safe but adding scope for depth elsewhere. Could be 1K for all it mattered.

First, you said "X should be Y" without providing any supporting arguement as for why that is true.

But even if we accept your premise is correct, this wouldn't have the desired result. It wouldn't make low-sec a 'reef', it would make it exactly like Null-sec.

So you have a premise who have offered no arguements to support, and an idea that doesn't even support that premise even if you could prove the premise true.

So you all believe Super Carriers should be safer in low sec than 0.0 even though players living in low sec cannot build them?

Better idea: Regular scrams work on all ships in low sec.

If your arguement is that Super Carriers are safer in low-sec than null because there are no bubbles, then that means every single ship that is not interdiction nullified is also, by extension, safer in low-sec than in null. Why shouldn't super carriers be 'safer' too?
