Haha, why would it take it's toll on me? The only thing that takes it's toll on me is how my faith in humanity diminishes everytime I read your blatant attempts to create harassment and bullying opportunities on the C&P forum

As for answering the facts - I think I did answer all the facts - I refer you to post number 67 .... I think you are mistaking "not answering" for your "not agreeing". Just because you don't agree with what I wrote doesn't mean I didn't answer.

And thanks for yet again (for about the millionth time) proving my point about bullying - trying to shut me up based on supposed consequences for the OP....how ridiculous is that! You would make yourself look even stupider if you "amend" your already unenforceable "sentence" on the OP to be even harsher (if an unenforceable judgement can be harsh??) because of something I said! Hilarious!

Why you can't get your head around the fact that the perp stole (even admitted stealing) from the OP is beyond me but carry on with your "content creation" - and I'll continue trying to bring some rationality here

Dude, its a freaking game. Its not bullying or harassment. When you play EVE, you sign up to play a game in competition with others. There are no scripted encounters. The designers of the game INTEND for us to create our own content, peaceful, violent, subversive, or otherwise. So, in this forum, the majority of "regular" posters follow a sort of rule base that you obviously do not.

In any society, the rules are what the body capable of enforcement SAYS they are. If we determine something that we have the power to enforce within the rules of the game, we do so. Your refusal to post on your main solidifies my point, as you are aware that we can, in fact, inflict retribution in game for your actions here.

After 5 pages of mostly fun this became tedious as soon as folk started getting personal with others but at least it isn't as bad as the Eve-Online Facebook group.

The perp has on multiple occasions admitted to taking things they did not have the rights to take. Even if your argument re: access to the hanger was correct (it wasn't due to the taking of "more than they needed") the taking of other people's ships blows your judgement out of the water. At no point was the perp given permission to steal ships.

The case against the perp - i.e. taking things from an open garage is theft - has already been made, and proved by his own admittance. The sentence against the OP is clearly flawed and a gross miscarriage of justice....I hate to say it but it makes me a shamed to be a valued member of the C&P forum ;-)

I'm not sure what word you were using, but autocorrect changed it to "valued" and totally changed the meaning of that last sentence.

Might be worth the edit... It's kind of unclear.

In my opinion, Justice doesn't miscarry in the C&P forum. It delivers.
