T3 Prices did I miss something?

Haven't looked at T3 prices in a while and just went to sell a few extra hulls in Jita and the price is like 60 mil more did I miss a patch note or something whats up with the price these days?

I believe the change in the spawns of high end ladars in wormholes spiked prices.

Before they were able to be cleared solo, but theyve made them really hard now.

also the Abadoned Talocan Wreck isnt any longer a given in the sites.

The T3 material prices hardly increased actually. Almost all of the additional T3 ship costs are manufacturing profit. This is caused by a higher demand for T3 ships while the amount of producers has not yet increased accordingly.
