No such thing as a "best "ratting ship.

Do you want one that is combat only?
Do you want one that is scanning and combat combined?
Do you like to fly big ships with lots of tank?
Do you like to fly small fast ships and speed tank things?
Do you like something in the middle?
Do you like the missile family of damage output, or do you prefer turret based weapons?
Do you have a specific race of ships that you like / want to fly?

I could go on for pages but you get the point, without more information on what you want and like / dislike it is impossible for us to really help you much since what we like most may not be what you like.

Depends on what you fly, and where you fly, and how you like to fly.

But..

Missile ships.. They tend to be the best..

Ratting in high-sec? Against super weak frigate NPCs? Uhm, anything with a real gun and/or drones should work.

However, if you consider Drifters to be rats, then, well... that changes things...

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

what about high sec anoms theyre considered ratting

as for the question i prefer the worm as it can do any damage type tank properly and chew through cruisers that will rarely hit you cause as far as i know no matter what youre doing in highsec they wont web you
