There are a few different gates/wormholes in Eve that may be locked or only usable by certain size ships.
Some of these you will be unable to use if you have your warp
drive affected by an offensive module.

There are a few different types of modules / deployable s that affect your ships ability to warp,

So which ones affect affect you r ability to use which gates ?

No Neville, being pointed or scrammed wil not prevent you from using gates or whols.

An aggression timer on the other hand will do exactly that, I.e. activating an offensive module on another player or the bastion module,
for gates at least, not sure about wholes though

Acceleration gates: it is no different than warping around a system... except the gate is choosing the destination for you. And ship size restrictions (if any) apply.

So both a disruptor and a scrambler will prevent you from using an acceleration gate

That's a bit of an anticlimax, I was sure I could get someone to start ranting.

Why so? It is perfectly functional game mechanic that makes sense.
